How It Works
It all begins with you! You decide you’re ready to elevate your health, and you know you want to do it in a smart, sustainable way that aligns with who you are and the life you live.
1. From there, you choose which coaching program is right for you
2. Click the Book Now button and secure yourself a spot for your consultation
3. Fill out the pre-consult questionnaire
4. We have your consult (via Zoom or in person) where you’ll be given lots of space to be seen, heard, and understood for your unique needs and requirements
5. You receive access to your personalised program within your app, with access to bespoke wellness tools to weave into your daily life and start to come home to your body, mind, and soul
6. You start your personalised journey - but you’re not alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way for guidance, support, and encouragement via two-way messaging
7. At the end of the program - we reflect and celebrate on how far you come, and you have the option to continue monthly coaching
