Meet Your Wellness Coach

Hey You, I’m Alex.

As a Wellness Coach, I know how hard it can be to prioritise yourself when life is full. I help busy women seamlessly incorporate yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition into their routines—so they can feel their best without overhauling their schedules.

After my own series of journeys back to myself following an emotional emigration as a fourteen year old, mental health challenges through my teens, and then some postpartum anxiety; I’ve harnessed three pillars of wellness that are tried. tested and science backed, and that I know from experience will help you come home to your body and feel more ease, more vitality, and more joy in your everyday.

I have over twenty years experience in the movement and wellness industry, with specific qualifications in:
